Les Etincelles - ultra luxury hotels group - Val Thorens, French Alps

Les Etincelles is the leading independent luxury hotel group in the Alps, with a presence in six high-altitude resorts (Val Thorens, Val d'Isère, and more), offering 15 hotels, 19 luxury chalets, 10 residences, and 20 restaurants.

Objective

Les Etincelles faced lower occupancy at the start and end of the season. To address this, we developed a targeted marketing initiative showcasing winter sports, plentiful snow all season, and the group’s prime ski-in, ski-out locations. The campaign was designed to attract active travelers seeking not only a luxury resort stay but also ideal skiing conditions throughout the season.

Impact

We produced a 2-minute hero video for their homepage, spotlighting ideal skiing conditions and featuring their key hotels, chalets, and restaurants with meticulous detail. Their most featured hotel, Koh-I-Nor, achieved full bookings through late April.
